This complex coffee was sourced from small family-owned farms and micro-mills in Cauca, Colombia where meticulous care in cherry selection, depulping, fermenting, and drying coffee takes place. Organized by the Asociación de Caficultores Orgánicos del Cauca (ACEC), these farmers have been using organic practices to cultivate coffee for over two decades.
