Edil is a third generation coffee farmer from the eastern region of Honduras. Taking advantage of a good production year from the parcel of land he inherited from his father, he purchased Finca Los Cedros 2016 with a focus on achieving specialty-grade coffee year over year. Expect vibrant acidity and a lasting sweetness, with unique notes of sweet tea and blood orange.
