Meadow Loaf

If it's Roux, it's sourdough! This boule is made with Stone Bridge Flour (Ripley, ON) including their bread flour, rye, spelt and red fife. It includes edible flowers and herbs from Alexandra's Farm (Ayr, ON). 

Altogether, these components mimic the natural traces of wildflowers that once grew alongside wheat before modern grain agricultural practices became popularized.
