Delivery
We deliver throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacob's, and Cambridge Monday-Saturday beginning at 2pm. The deadline for submitting your order is 1:30pm. We have a limited quantity of product available, based on our baking capacities. If you are unable to add more of the product you are looking for, it means there are no more available for order. Our delivery fee is $4.99 within the downtown and uptown cores, $6.99 in the greater KW area, and $13.99 to Cambridge and St. Jacobs.
If you will not be home between 2pm - 5pm, please leave a bin outside and a note for the delivery driver to leave your order in the bin. Similarly, if you have ordered dairy please leave a cooler with ice outside. Once your products are delivered, they are your responsibility.
Bottle Returns for Deposit Refund
Please recycle the caps and ensure that your empty milk bottles are well cleaned. Dirty or damaged bottles will not be accepted. No purchase required for refund.
Returns for In-Person Purchases:
Bring your clean, empty milk bottles with you the next time you shop, to be refunded $2.00/bottle. No purchase necessary.
Returns for Delivery Purchases:
Due to outsourcing our delivery services, we are unable to accommodate bottle returns upon delivery.
