We require a minimum of one week's notice for larger orders. Contact our head baker Hayley at hayley@rouxbakehouse.ca to discuss product availability and order minimums.

If you are unable to pick-up your order, it will be available for you the next day when we open.

Deliveries leave the shop at 2 PM and will arrive to you before 5 PM.

No, but we do have gluten-"friendly" products made with non-gluten flours (e.g., almond). We are not celiac-friendly as there is cross-contamination in the kitchen.

All our breads are vegan, except for weekend features with cheese, or our Wednesday-Thursday sesame-spelt feature which has a touch of honey.

Otherwise, we have a frozen vegan sweet loaf and rotating vegan sourdough cookies as regular offerings.
