China Gao’s Lot 1212 Gao’s Coffee Estate, Natural Anaerobic

Grown under macadamia shade trees at Gao’s Coffee Estate, one of the first farms in Menglian to use modern, data driven cultivation. Whole cherries ferment sealed without oxygen for 12 hours, then open to the air for another 12. This one-two fermentation builds sweetness and body, resulting in a coffee that is bright, layered and exceptionally juicy.
