Tasting Notes: Dark Chocolate, Crème Brûlée, Raspberry
Grown under macadamia shade trees at Gao’s Coffee Estate in the hills of an English, alongside more than 100 neighbouring family farms. The cherries ferment sealed without oxygen for 12 hours, then dry slowly on raised beds in a coat of their own sugars, the “honey” this process is named for. The result is a sweet, round and syrupy cup.
Roasted in Kitchener, ON by Roux Bakehouse.
