Herbal Peppermint Lemon Balm and Elderberry | JagaSilk

Notes: JagaSilk loves the way the grape like quality of the elderberry combines so beautifully with the gentle, rosemary-like notes of the lemon balm. The menthol hit from the peppermint (grown North of Edmonton!) of course, gets to play the leading role. Traditional medicine has utilised elderberries for colds, lemon balm as a “nervine” for calming the nerves and indigestion, while peppermint is lovely for providing energy and headache relief.
