Pea shoots are the green, coiled tendrils of the pea plant with delicate rounded leaves. They serve up a nutty, sweet, subtle pea flavour and add a fresh bite to salads, seafood recipes and summer rolls. There is enough greens in each bag for about three salads, or 8-10 sandwiches! They go great in a Greek salad.

An excellent source of Vitamin A and Vitamin K.
