A naturally-processed twist on the Bayter family’s flagship coffee, you may find yourself asking if it’s decaf at all. This coffee uses the sugarcane ethyl acetate decaffeination process, born in Colombia, which allows for the removal of caffeine without damaging the delicate flavour notes found in the bean.
