Originally discovered in Colombia, these orange and pink tinged cherries were assumed to be a cross between the local yellow and red bourbon (turns out it’s actually belived to be a wild Ethiopian species - whoops!).
Wherever it came from, Pink Bourbon has taken the specialty coffee world by storm - even topping the famous Gesha for two of the top 10 spots at the 2022 Colombia Cup of Excellence competition.
