4.8% Whole Milk | Eby Manor

Non-homogenized 4.8% cream top whole milk, from our friends down the road at Eby Manor (Waterloo, ON) and their Guernsey cows with A2 protein milk.

A healthy source of dairy fat, and the milk of choice in-house as well, both on the bar and in the kitchen.

Note: It is normal for the cream to naturally thicken at the top. Break up the cream top by shaking vigorously, using a hand blender, or scooping it out (it's perfect spread it across on scones).
