Enrique Ferrufino and Silvia Norori were doctors by trade, but coffee was in the family - Enrique was born on a farm, and his grandfather was a small producer. When they acquired Finca Aurora in 2004, there were no roads and no infrastructure. Over two decades, they built it into the home base for Sabio Coffee, now carried forward by their children.
